--- - Support the Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety (QEH&S) policy and strategic direction of the organization.

--- - Perform sub and final assemblies with minimal supervision

--- - Works either on a production line or with small parts by inspecting and sorting

--- - Perform to written job instructions or engineering drawing/work order

--- - Utilize matrices for problem analysis

--- - Work to achieve general knowledge of operation/function of assemblies as required to troubleshoot units

--- - Learn operational or departmental equipment, tooling or gauging as required

--- - Identify process changes and methods improvements

--- - Maintain current instrumentation calibration

--- - Performs quality checks in accordance with established quality procedures and ISO requirements

--- - Ensures production pace is maintained to meet customer demand

--- - Learn and review daily production goals and metrics as a team

--- - Will be cross trained to work at all assembly steps of line

--- - Maintain cleanliness (5S) of work area daily

--- - Participate in continuous improvement goals of the work site - Skills / Equipment:

--- - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

--- - Ability to use various power (Pneumatic) hand tools (i.e.; power screwdriver, socket etc.)

--- - Ability to understand blueprints.

--- - Computer literate - Position Requirements:

--- - High School Diploma or equivalent.

--- - 0 - 2 years' experience in assembly or other fast paced operations preferred.

--- - Conducting EH&S management audits, identifying root causes of deficiencies and implementing preventive/corrective actions

--- - Conducting incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing preventive/corrective actions -

--- - Performing periodic (at least annually) reviews of procedures, work instructions and Job Hazard and Environment Analysis (JHA)

--- - Encouraging active participation of employees in quality, environmental and health and safety related issues. -Starting Pay is $18.27 but may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, hourly position. Ingersoll Rand offers the following:
