Reporting to the Product Qualification and Product Maintenance Manager you will oversee the product qualification process and provide support for our existing products. This role requires a strong background in chemistry and experience in product development and maintenance. The candidate will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure the highest quality products are delivered. Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects in the product qualification and support team
• Collaborate with R&D to develop new products and solutions
• Conduct testing and analysis of products to ensure they meet specifications
• Provide technical support to customers and manufacturing sites
• Oversee the creation of samples and ensure they meet quality standards
• Drive technology development projects to improve products
• Manage product support issues at the customer and manufacturing site levels
• Conduct formulation and DOE expertise to drive innovation and improvement of existing products
• Train and mentor team members
• Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field with 3 years of experience, MS with 7 years, or BS with 15 years
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and maintenance, specifically in the sealants and adhesives industry
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of product specifications and testing
  • Experience in formulation and DOE
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
