  • First article inspection, in process inspection, final inspection using manual tools and Manual CMM QC 5000 (+)
  • Knowledge of manual machines, lathes, and bridgeports grinders
  • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
  • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
  • Review and approve purchase order for OSP
  • Perform receiving inspection on products and certifications
  • Work with customer source inspectors and supplier quality engineers
  • Approve the right products or reject defectives
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
  • AS9100 requirements
