Job Description:
Front Signs is the leading sign manufacturing company in
Burbank, CA specializing in creating high-quality, innovative
outdoor signage solutions for a wide range of industries. In 2022

of fastest growing companies in the USA. We are currently seeking
an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team and
contribute to our continued growth and success. Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials,
supplies and machinery required for sign manufacturing. Conduct
market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their
capabilities, quality, and pricing. Negotiate contracts, terms, and
pricing with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
Perform shipping company sourcing and fee negotiations Implement
and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Maintain supply catalogues and pricing Collaborate with the
production team to forecast stock requirements and monitor
inventory levels, implementing efficient replenishment strategies.
Oversee stock management and inventory control processes, ensuring
optimal levels of materials and supplies to support production
demand. Monitor and analyze procurement trends, market conditions,
and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply
chain management, or a related field. Proven experience as a
Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement role within
construction, sign manufacturing or printing industries. Work
experience with Grimco, Montroy or IMS is regarded as an advantage
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and
strategies. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with
the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with
suppliers. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong
attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently,
prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a
