Position Details:
Title: AC Shop Supervisor
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Shift: M-F, possible weekend shifts
Compensation: $89,518.56-$108,000

Position Description:
The AC Shop Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, daily operations and activities of the Air Conditioning trades unit. Plans, schedules, supervises and coordinates various skilled trade projects and activities. Trains skilled trades staff on Pay for Skills. Administers department budget. Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction are maintained.

Requirements:
--- Associate's degree.
--- More than 6 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
--- Previous journey-level air conditioning trades experience.
--- Experience in an institutional setting, including within a facilities management organization.
--- Demonstrated effective oral/written communication skills.
--- Experience in administering and assisting with budget planning.
--- Experience utilizing Personal Computers and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
--- Active/valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Section 608 Universal certification.
