looking for a--Planner--in--Santa Fe Springs, CA!--Send your resume to--EDeLuca judge.com--for quickest feedback.----Mon-Fri - 7 am start--Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)--Job Summary:--Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the flow of products through the complete production cycle.--Provides timely planning and scheduling of orders to the production team to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates.--Job Responsibilities:Plans, measures, and monitors operating limits and capacities of an organization.Forecasts and plans capacity requirements to ensure alignment with department and determine variance from production schedules, resource levels, and inventory demand.Identifies and troubleshoots production issues or bottlenecks that impact plant capacity.Coordinates with other departments like sales and purchasing to understand and develop current forecasted plans.Utilizes manufacturing data and reports to drive key insights into efficiency, production rate and other performance metrics.Assists with evaluating and identifying areas needing improvement.Qualifications:3+ years performing planning functions.Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, preferred.Need to have Food Mfg experience/backgroundBilingual in Spanish/English--Knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAdvance level of experience using Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups)Knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP systemsHighly organizedExcellent organization skills and high accuracy with use of data and data entryFor immediate assistance reach out directly to Eric DeLuca Executive Search Healthcare Recruiter, The Judge Group.Email: EDeLuca judge.comCell: (215) 630-1312
