Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Title Examiner (Remote
Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
Examine chain of title primarily for commercial/industrial
properties
Perform title examination of complex title orders requiring
high-level expertise
Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal
restrictions, and verify legal descriptions of properties
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
6+ years of directly related commercial examination experience in
multiple states (IL, IN, MI, WI, IA & MN)
Multiple state licenses as required to operate in a broad
geographic area
Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title
orders
