Experience Centre of Expertise at WarnerMedia leads the
organizations approach to driving a high performance and highly
engaged employee culture by spearheading Talent & Performance
Management, Culture, Engagement and Employee Experience and People
Growth initiatives. Our team have the exciting mandate to build a
world class talent strategy; to rethink our processes and
philosophy across these areas, with a focus on agility and
innovation.The Daily
- Consumer-focused instructional design (content creation, flow
and formatting) and facilitation of production learning and
development curriculum
- Deliver regular train-the-trainer sessions to onboard new
people partners to production curriculum
- Project manage and coordinate logistics for global scheduling,
registration and tracking attendance for production training
programs
- Assist with development of production learning data dashboards
to track and measure progress/impact
- Research marketplace best practices for production learning
across key competitors within our industry to ensure our offerings
are world class
- Provide coaching and consultation in partnership with
Production HR for business unit specific production
requirements
- Alignment with our Enterprise Inclusion team to ensure a
diversity and inclusion lens across all of our WarnerMedia learning
content and approaches
- Flex to support other facilitation needs within People Growth
team, as needed
- Consideration around the global nature of our learning
effortsThe Essentials
- Extensive experience in instructional design and
facilitation
- Experience facilitating learning courses to a virtual audience
in a highly engaging way
- The ability to work independently, collaboratively and lead
multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability
to effectively partner with senior level executives and others
across several functions
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills and the
ability to pull together cohesive presentations, narratives,
proposals, etc. using a variety of formats
- Ability to draw meaningful insights from data to create
strategy, tell a narrative and operationalize solutions
- Passionate about embedding a DEI lens to everything we do
- Project management skills with experience in managing a
portfolio of high-profile projects
- Curious and innovative with a growth mindset
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting prioritiesHow We

interview.The Legal Bits---In compliance with local law, we are
disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in
locations where legally required. $90,709.00 - $168,459.00 salary
per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and
long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition,
