Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New Role...The Sr. Technology Solutions Analyst's key role is day-to-day support of the SDS industry joint venture technology operations. The role reports to the WBD Director, Global Monetization Tech-Studio Distribution Srvs. The expectation is for this role to be well-versed in financial management, technology service management, and project management, with a strong understanding of end-user computing technologies. The Sr. Technology Solutions Analyst will be responsible for helping to facilitate high-quality IT delivery to all of SDS operation. They will ensure SDS technology users follow the agreed processes. The role owns quarterly financial reporting, the weekly operational tech status report, recommendations to reduce overall support costs over time, and presents all results to the Director. The resource is required to have a solid understanding of both the SDS JV and physical home entertainment business process, and will be asked to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate critical technology issues and impediments as needed. Your Role Accountabilities...

• Ensure technology operational processes are clearly communicated and followed by the SDS business users; assist SDS with any issues that may arise with these processes.
• Perform regular analysis on various service management matrices and work with application teams to enforce the SLAs with 3rd party vendors
• Oversee technology services provided to SDS; determine key success indicators are met; work closely with application team if quality issues are observed; understand the impacts and assist with the prioritization of these issues; promptly escalate to ensure impacts to business are minimized.
  • Work with application owners and the finance organization on the monthly, quarterly, and annually forecasts and actuals for SDS technology support and enhancements; conduct financial review sessions with senior management team
  • Prepare quarterly invoices to be sent to SDS and Universal for projects and enhancement work.
  • Facilitate periodic financial meetings and assist the Director - Global Monetization Tech - Studio Dist. Svcs. To prepare and work through the Capital Management processes.
  • Own the process of monthly review of domain and application accounts for SDS employees and partners; ensure we are compliant on timely offboarding of resources; ensure annual renewal of SDS partners' and contractors' accounts; support the onboarding process as well as any network access issues
    • In charge of collaborating with application technology project managers to initiate, plan, and track projects and enhancements; help formulate options should there be conflicts or technical hurdles and present senior management
    • Responsible for management of overall JV Tech backbone resource allocations and work efforts - from CLARITY plan creation and management to status evaluation & tracking to regular status reporting to SDS JV Sr. Business leadersQualifications & Experiences
      • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      • Must have knowledge of technology financial management
      • Knowledge of Supply Chain business processes including background on the design and functionality for replicating and distributing physical media globally(preference)
      • Working knowledge of SAP, Ariba, or Peoplesoft
      • Understanding of workplace technology
      • Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support (preference)
      • Project management lifecycle knowledge required
