Job Description:
IT Service Desk, Desktop Support Technician / Analyst with 3-6+
years of experience including Active Directory Azure, O365, VPN,
MFA, SCCM, Windows 10, PC Imaging, upgrades for a contract
position.
What you will be doing:
- Remote, helpdesk and desktop support for all issues hardware,
software, application, and imaging
- Remote, helpdesk support through VPN
- Supporting Windows 10 and O365 environment
- PC Imaging using SCCM
- Support using Active Directory Azure, AD Azure, MFA, Multi-Factor
Authentication
What you will need:
- 3-6+ years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk Support,
Remote Support, Desktop Support or Field Support
- Experience with Active Directory Azure, AD Azure
- Experience with remote support through VPN
- Experience with MFA Multi-Factor Authentication
- PC Imaging and Windows migrations using any tools such as SCCM -
System Center Configuration Manager, WDS - Windows Deployment
Services, USB or any other tool
- Office 365, O365
- Operational break/fix support
- Experience supporting Windows 10
Work Ability:
- Ability to lift up to approx. 40-50+ lbs, mobility will require
bending, crawling in work stations, walking around facilities,
sitting, standing, lifting / moving devices, computers, printers,
etc.
