Job Summary of the Project/ Production Manager
Integr8staff seeks a multi-dimensional Project Manager/ Production Manager with entertainment marketing and ad agency experience in Los Angeles, CA. This role will traffic theatrical projects and maintain budgets, timelines and deliverables for the creative, media and other departments for a highly regarded, award winning ad agency.

Responsibilities of the Project/ Production Manager Role
Oversee, manage and execute a variety of key art, finishing and retouching projects from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality standards
Work together with client leadership & creative teams to implement an efficient work process and sound creative development process, in order to deliver high-quality concepts, production and presentation materials
Continually communicate with team on project status and production needs
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Be proactive and work to identify any possible issues well ahead of project deadlines
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Maintain project timelines to ensure on-time deliverables
Reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before they are sent to the client
Proofread copy, artwork, and creative materials as needed
Participate actively in planning, brainstorming and strategy sessions with agency cohorts and clients

Requirements of the Project/ Production Manager Role
Min. of 3-5 years of experiencein a fast-pacedenvironment, preferably within an agencyenvironment
Must have hands-on finishing adaptive print or digital, and/or entertainment key art experience themselves.
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Highly adaptable and accustomed to shifting deadlines
Extremely organized, resourceful and able to track down details and solve problems
High level of attention to detail
Proven leadership skills and an ability to mentor and work well with others
Award season experience is a HUGE plus
