A company is looking for a Business Applications Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business areas to recommend solutions and build quality
requirements
Translate user requirements into detailed functional requirements
and prioritize them with delivery teams
Analyze workflows for automation opportunities and support delivery
teams during solution deployment
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
2+ years of Salesforce experience, including knowledge of
Salesforce objects and automation processes
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as
Jira
Ability to create documentation like process flows and business
requirement specifications
Salesforce admin certification is a plus
