Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time HRBP Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to support employee engagement and
retention strategies
Provide guidance on performance, policy, and best practices
Assist with administrative tasks and be a trusted advisor for
leadership teams
Required Qualifications
Strong HRBP experience across multiple functions, including
employee relations and performance
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Ability to analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven
recommendations
Experience in a consultative capacity and driving cultural
alignment
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative
environment
