ABOUT US: Frasco Profiles is a division of Frasco, Inc. a full-service business to business investigation corporation serving employers throughout the United States, including many of the nations largest employers, insurance carriers, municipalities and public agencies, as well as the professional service partners that represent them. The Frasco Profiles division provides national and international pre-employment screening services, including background checks, drug screening, physicals and other talent assessment tools. Frasco Profiles is seeking a seasoned Executive Level Sales Management Professional who is interested in joining the team as a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will ultimately be responsible for further developing, managing and motivating the current sales team while developing and managing their own pipeline of executive level sales opportunities. This position will ensure profitable growth in sales revenues through proper planning, development, deployment, and management of sales personnel, and achievement of personal and team quotas. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain executive level strategic partnerships Develop, lead, coach and mentor a sales team to exceed target goals Develop and pursue monthly, quarterly and annual sales and gross profit targets Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within executive level accounts and prospects Develop professional proposals that communicate a compelling solution and follow proposals through decision-making and purchasing process to closure Pipeline and forecast management Identify local, state, regional and national conferences for exhibiting and speaking engagements Develop targeted marketing and networking activities to identify and reach out to prospective customers within our target market Gain an understanding of our client/prospects organizational dynamics and develop a strategy to discover their pain, budget and key decision makers Develop technical sales presentations, proposals, and deploy to the sales staff Articulate complex concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals Participate in regular structured sales & training programs to improve sales performance Ensure sales staff receives the guidance and tools necessary to drive profitable revenue SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: Proven track record of success, consisting of: Exceptional team leadership experience with executive level skills pertaining to coaching, mentoring and selling Ability to develop great relationships with clients, fellow staff members and other professionals Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels within the organization (internally & externally) Intimate knowledge of the Background Screening Industry, including the competitive landscape Strong Background Screening Industry relationships and ability to effectively communicate with executive level decision makers Selling mid-market and enterprise solutions, including proposals, presentations and complex/ lengthy sales cycles Demonstrated ability to uncover client needs and propose solutions to close new business opportunities and meet new revenue targets on an on-going basis Strong analytical, negotiation, writing, speaking and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to deliver product presentations and written proposals to both groups and individuals The ability to give client presentations and win business Aggressive attitude in developing new accounts and building personal relationships Excellent time management and organization skills, with strong attention to detail Superior client facing interaction skills together with negotiation tactics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literacy requirements: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Customer Relationship Management software QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a Bachelors degree from accredited university preferred 1+ years of Sales Management experience in the pre-employment background industry 5+ years of experience selling within the pre-employment background industry demonstrating a track record of goal attainment, proven and continued success in selling and closing customers including remotely and in-person Extreme work ethic, initiative, accountability and ambition Highly motivated and independent, a hunter with strong drive to succeed Ability to travel is necessary Valid drivers license and vehicle Auto insurance in the amount of $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident bodily injury/$50,000 property damage with business use coverage BENEFITS: Competitive base salary (Commensurate with experience) Commission and bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and more 401k with employer matching Paid Time Off Paid Holidays While it is not required the individual work from one of our offices, geographic proximity is preferred.
