Job Description:

ComfortCare Pharmacy and Medical Products is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Order Intake Coordinator at ComfortCare Medical Products to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating incoming medical equipment orders and supplies from start to finish.

--- Handle customer inquiries
--- Provide information about the products and services
--- Assist customers with order intake
--- Document and update customer records based on interactions
--- Communicate with customers, doctors, and insurances to process medical equipment orders
--- Handle a high volume of phone calls

Qualifications:
---Qualifications:
--- Previous experience in customer service, durable medical products, or other related fields, such as medical front office
--- Ability to build rapport with clients
--- Ability to prioritize and multitask
--- Positive and professional demeanor
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Bilingual Spanish or Armenian preferred
--- Part-time or Full time (25-40 hours available)
--- Some Saturday availability is required with one day off during the week
